At Honolulu Pickleball Company, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all returned products are in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original box, ensuring that paddle faces are protected and all original tags remain attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
